One of the 1st things i noticed was the friendliness of the those in the session which made me feel comfortable and at ease. As i met the different trainers over the next few weeks they were all very professional and helpful. Almost 6 months on and I feel great with muscle definition i didnt think was possible. I would highly recommend if you're lacking a little confidence, don't know your way around the barbells, or just need that motivation to get back to your peak.

What actually is Gymtro? Is it a normal gym?

Nope. Gymtro is a private trainJourneying facility. That means no wandering around aimlessly or waiting for kit. You train in small personal training coached sessions (max 4 people) or structured group classes. Every session is programmed, led, and personalised—so you get real results, not just access.

What’s included in the 30-Day Trial?

You’ll get:

  • 8 personal training sessions (2 per week, semi-private format)Unlimited access to our group classes. Use of our private open gym hoursA personalised plan, support, and check-insIt’s basically how our actual members train—just compressed into 30 days to show you what’s possible.

I’m unfit / older / nervous—will I be OK?

You can book your first session by visiting our website, calling our front desk, or stopping by our gym location in St Albans. Well find a convenient time for your schedule.

What should I wear/bring?

Just bring a water bottle, a towel, and wear appropriate workout clothing and shoes. We provide all the other equipment you'll need.

What happens after the 30 days?

There’s no pressure. If you loved it and got results, you’ll have the option to continue as a member. We’ll talk you through membership options—but there’s no hard sell.
